Lee Winter
Operations Director
Lee Winter, a veteran of the British military with 30 years of distinguished service, including the final 20 years with the elite British Special Air Service (SAS). For the last eight years of his career, Lee served as the Chief Executive of the SAS Counter-Terrorism Team, leading the unit through the most demanding period of terrorist activity in modern UK history. Concurrently, he was at the forefront of coordinating responses to multiple high-profile attacks, developing cutting-edge training programmes and enhancing collaboration between military and emergency services.
His leadership and expertise were instrumental in adapting to rapidly evolving threats, incorporating advancements in technology and shaping counter-terrorism strategies that have become benchmarks for modern protective resilience.

Olga Winter
Managing Director
Olga Winter is a specialist with deep experience managing sensitive military-grade equipment, high-risk expeditions and complex operational projects across hostile, remote, and politically unstable environments. Her expertise covers strategic liaison, operational planning and full-spectrum on-the-ground delivery, ensuring precise, reliable execution even the most challenging conditions.
As a Managing Director within ParaGen — a joint venture between Parabellum Tactical Advantage and the Rengen/Iesis Group — Olga brings a strong foundation in business management and multi-domain operational leadership. She plays a central role in connecting ParaGen’s specialist risk, security and project-delivery capabilities with the infrastructure, property, and strategic development strengths of the wider Rengen Group.

Iestyn Lewis
Director
Iestyn Lewis studied at Bath and Cambridge before becoming a Chartered civil engineer and was awarded the James Rennie medal by The Institution of Civil Engineers in 2006. He has broad experience in a variety of sectors includes fund monitoring, risk management, residential, student, hotel, office, retail, infrastructure, health and mineral mining. With both a development and consultancy background, he has worked with numerous delivery formats including new build, refurbishment, and covering listed buildings and national
monuments. Starting the business in 2007, Iestyn has overseen the expansion across several different sectors and on a national basis. He has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the business and leads his own assembled senior management team to deal with the development of the company.

Alastair Steel
Director
Alastair is an experienced systems engineer who initially spent years working at sea with the nation’s nuclear deterrent and teaching the custody, maintenance and operation of submarine tactical information and weapons systems. He went on to carry out significant internal consultancy work within the MoD, joining together three large engineering organisations and contributing to the development of performance indicators for one of the highest-spending government agencies. Alastair has been involved in construction since 2005 and with the Iesis Group since its inception. He continues to provide technical and management support to all areas of the business, being well acquainted with cyber security issues, resilience and business continuity measures.
